ANSWERING/TRANSFERRING CALLS
When answering calls from the front desk, a message box will appear with the following buttons:
  • Complete = Means call has been sent to extension and you can hang up.
  • Voice Mail = If you know the person asked for is not in office, ask if caller wants to be transferred to voice mail.
  • Disconnect = Brings call back to receptionist. For example, if receptionist realizes she/he transferred call to the wrong extension, pressing Disconnect will bring the call back.
